Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage, paint defects, scratches, dents, loose trim, malfunctioning parts, or fragile interior components prior to service.

LuxXe Valet is not responsible for existing damage that becomes visible during the cleaning or detailing process, including but not limited to:

  • Paint chips

  • Scratches or swirl marks

  • Clear coat failure

  • Oxidation or faded paint

  • Worn interior materials

  • Loose trim or panels

Certain defects may only become noticeable once dirt and contaminants are removed.

Pre-Existing Damage

LuxXe Valet is not liable for damage related to pre-existing vehicle conditions, including:

  • Weak or failing clear coat

  • Peeling paint protection film or wraps

  • Cracked plastics or brittle trim

  • Damaged upholstery or carpeting

  • Loose badges or accessories

Customers are responsible for informing the technician of any sensitive areas before service begins.

Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy
