LuxXe Valet is not responsible for existing damage that becomes visible during the cleaning or detailing process, including but not limited to:

• Scratches or swirl marks

• Clear coat failure

• Oxidation or faded paint

• Worn interior materials

• Loose trim or panels

Certain defects may only become noticeable once dirt and contaminants are removed.

Pre-Existing Damage

LuxXe Valet is not liable for damage related to pre-existing vehicle conditions, including:

• Weak or failing clear coat

• Peeling paint protection film or wraps

• Cracked plastics or brittle trim

• Damaged upholstery or carpeting

• Loose badges or accessories

Customers are responsible for informing the technician of any sensitive areas before service begins.

Paint & Surface Risk Acknowledgment

Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

LuxXe Valet strives to provide high-quality professional detailing services. If a customer has concerns regarding the service, they must notify LuxXe Valet within 24 hours of service completion so the issue can be addressed.

Liability Limitation

LuxXe Valet’s liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. Under no circumstances shall LuxXe Valet be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
